I am a passionate “foodie” , proudly of Italian and Greek heritage. I love to express myself through meals and making nutritious Mediterranean-inspired food for time-strapped and health-conscious people is a passion.
As a member of a family with long-established restaurants in Johannesburg and Cape Town, it was probably inevitable that I would find my way back to the culinary world after studying and working overseas for a short while.
I have always been intrigued watching my parents cooking in the kitchen. I believe the key ingredient in our meals at home are love and passion. This is what makes my cooking so special…I express myself through the dishes I prepare and I enjoy creating recipes from something as small as a breakfast tart for my sister or an extravagant Sunday feast… It is hugely satisfying to prepare a meal that is aligned to the unique tastes and preferences of those I am cooking for!
I am happy to apply this love of cooking and share my knowledge of food and nutrition by offering fresh prepared meals on a bespoke basis in line with individual tastes and dietary requirements.

Sana means ‘healthy’ in Italian and given that my nickname amongst my close friends and family is “Sana”, it is only fitting that my business reflects exactly what I am so passionate about!

I enjoy sharing tips on conscious eating with my clients and each meal prepared by me is supplied with an accurate calorie total.
